The location is great. The room was very cozy and clean thanks to Bikash, who took care of it during our stay. We were very well treated in the restaurant by the team there (Praba, Abijith, Ali, Pratik, Jennifer, Saima, thank you for your kindness and care). Thanks to Mr. Asaifol we had cards for the metro and we only had to top them up (didn't have to purchase the plastics). The pool in the evening is a must-see! :-)

Thanks to hotel that give bigger room as suit room Location was great and exactly opposite of Metro station and easy access I didn't use breakfast but but Breakfast location seemed good Just I think price of hotel was not matched with location I received a very good price as mobile price offer and I was very satisfied

The location is perfect- opposite the Mashreq metro station; from the airport it is possible to get by taxi. The room facilities are very good and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, there is coffe, tea, water, coffe-maker, and refregerator in the room. There is an amazing swimming pool on the rooftop with a regular temperature control; staff who works in a pool makes sure that cleanleness, the rules and regulations are followed. Staff in the reception is very helpful, kind and polite. Especially, I would like to thank Suife (not quite sure about the spelling of his name-apologies for that)- he was very helpful and offered a free metro card for me to use during my stay. I surely advice to book the Rose Park hotel Al Barsha.

The room was big and clean, just close to metro station and a bit far from Mall of Emirates,The staffs behaved good and especially when in breakfast my coffee wasn’t good Pratik changed it and check the quality for other days and I like this customer orientation

I reached late for my checkin, so I told the staff I am worried the room might not be as good as I expected. The staff member directly upgraded my stay for a sweet for free. The service was amazing. Then unfortunately I has to cancel my last night, could not reschedule on booking but the management helped me and they refunded my ladt night. So good and I recommend this hotel for sure. Also the location is very good with a lot of good restaurant options in Al Barsha

We had an excellent stay at Rose Park Hotel, it was a 6 night stay, never ever we felt like we were away from home, starting with a very helpful front desk staff Mr.Mustafa & Mr.Aftab who were very attentive and supportive until the last day. When it comes to food and choices, Chef Mr. Sheik Abdullah and the team, along with Mr.Pratik, served us some great delicacies. The entire team was well managed by Mr.Prabhakaran (Captain). If you're looking for a great stay at an affordable price, with proximity to many sightseeing spots, this is a great choice 👍

Right opposite the metro, so easy to get about but you can also grab an Uber easily. When we’re in Dubai, we want to be out and about so the hotel just needs to be comfy and clean, which this was. Reasonably priced for Dubai. Not pretentious, in an area with lots of food places and supermarkets. Decent brekkie, they make what you want in terms of omelette etc. Fresh watermelon and watermelon juice was a hit with the kids. Decent pool and sauna. Nice rooms. Nothing to complain about and I would stay here again.

The property has a great location for someone who is visiting Dubai for the first time, almost in the midway of everywhere you need to go to around Dubai. The hotel is facing a metro station and has got a free underground parking which makes all transportation options convenient if you rent a car or prefer to use the metro. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and many convenient stores. The staff was super friendly all across the hotel making one feel as if he is the only guest. One of the best hotels in terms of hospitality for sure. Our room was spacious (executive suite) with a wonderful view of Burj Al Arab. The restaurant staff were so helpful and prompt and were really great to deal with during breakfasts. Breakfast was simple, delicious and of an excellent quality. Myself and my family enjoyed the rooftop pool and view.
